8. The subscriber/Recruiter must give an undertaking to George Maintenance Services Pvt. Ltd that there will be no fee charged from any person who is contacted through Resume Access for processing.
9. This subscription is neither re-saleable nor transferable by the subscriber to any other person, corporate body, firm or individual concern

Ltd will not be responsible for any claim, error, omission or inaccuracy in advertising material. George Maintenance Services Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to omit, suspend or change the position of any advertising material submitted for insertion. Acceptance of advertisements on the Site will be subject to gmspltd.com terms and conditions which are available on request.
    
    Force Majeure
    George Maintenance Services Pvt. Ltd shall have no liability to you for any interruption or delay in access to the Site irrespective of the cause.
    
    Indian Law
    The Agreement shall be governed by the Laws of India. The Courts of law at Kampala shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under this agreement.

Disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of India as applicable.

Information Technology

George Maintenance Services Pvt. Ltd (hereinafter referred to as ‘George Maintenance Services Pvt. Ltd’ or "we"), provides this Terms and Conditions of Service agreement to the User (hereinafter referred to as "you") as a user of gmspltd.com. By using gmspltd.com, you are indicating your agreement to be bound by all of the terms in this agreement. If you do not wish to be bound by this agreement, do not use gmspltd.com. gmspltd.com may change the terms and conditions of this agreement at any time and without prior notice to you.
